Yes, you can contact the Sanctuary's Dr. Marie L. Farr Avian Hospital by phone at 727-399-1310, or by email at email@example.com to find out the status of a bird that was rescued. We do recommend that you wait at least 2-3 days before checking on the status since most birds conditions, depending on their injury, won't change for the first couple of days.

No, we do not treat pet birds. The Seaside Seabird Sanctuary is a non-profit avian rehabilitation sanctuary and hospital that treats wild birds. Once you admit a bird to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary, the bird can not be returned back to the person who admitted it.
