There are many wonderful ways that you can help 
support the Sanctuary. A tax-deductible bequest is a special way to remember the Sanctuary, and can be a permanent memorial in your name or that of a loved one. Through a Last Will and Testament you can fulfill your charitable wishes, and consider gifts greater than may have been possible during your lifetime.
Another special way you can remember or honor a beloved family member or friend is with a Memorial Plaque. During your visit to the Sanctuary you undoubtedly have noticed the touching memorial benches, gardens and trees throughout the facility. The memorial plaques on the fences designate particular trees or tiki huts inside the avian compounds. Also, a few of our aviaries are still available for additional sponsorship plaques. 
Memorial Plaques: Trees & Tiki Hut Plaques are on compound fences; Benches & Garden Plaques are attached. Both are 4 "x 6" and provide ample room for names, dates, a short remembrance and simple ornamental graphics. These plaques start at $500.00. Plaques mounted on the avian compounds are made of gray corian. All other plaques are made of black UV plastic with white lettering.
In addition, our lovely Garden of Distinction (top right photo) offers smaller 1" x 3" Name/Date plaques in three price categories: Bronze - $250.00, Silver - $500.00 and Gold - $1000.00. This garden is located directly across from the white pelican pen. These plaques are black UV plastic with white lettering.
We also feature Memory Lane located across from our wading bird aviary. Name/Date Plaques are 1"x 3" and are priced at $250.00 and are made of black UV plastic with white lettering.
Our newest memorial area is our Avian Hospital Benefactor Wall of Distinction (left photo) located on the front wall of our new avian hospital. This beautiful wall also has 1"x 3" plaques ($250.00) & 3"x5" plaques ($350.00) available. Plaques are made of black UV plastic with white lettering.

Last Wills and Testaments
The Sanctuary is proud to have been mentioned in many of our departed benefactor's Last Wills and Testaments. It's quite simple to do. You may name us in your will as follows: "The Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation." We have long been granted tax exempt status by the IRS and any donation to our organization is tax-deductible and will help offset inheritance taxes you might otherwise be obligated to pay.
